- If it turns out he can't get off of the registry, then there should be specific DETAILS about not only his case as to WHY he is on the registry - but for everyone who is on the registry.

- NO! If he can't get off, then there should be details about the case as to WHY he is on the list (which should apply everyone on the list!)
